Terms and Conditions for
“Win a REGA High Pressure Device”
BASF Business Card Draw at Termidor HE ® launch.
Eligibility:
1. The BASF Business Card Draw ("Competition") is open to all delegates attending the Termidor HE launch.
2. Employees of BASF, their families, and any agencies or companies directly connected with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entry:
3. To enter, participants must drop their business card into the designated draw box/bowl at the launch event.
4. Only one entry per business is permitted.
Draw Date:
5. The draw will take place at a time specified on the day of the event.
6. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
Prize:
7. The prize is a REGA High Pressure device
8. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
Notification of Winner:
9. The winner must be present at the time of the draw to win.
10. If any winners are not present at the time of the draw, their prizes will be forfeited and other winners will continue to be drawn until the prizes are accepted by persons present at the draw.
11. Winners must contact a BASF Representative on the night of the draw to arrange prize collection at a location to be advised by BASF.
12. By participating in the Competition, participants agree to have their name and likeness used for promotional purposes by BASF, without any further compensation.
13. BASF reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behaviour.
14. BASF accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by participants as a result of entering or participating in the Competition or using the prizes.
15. By participating in the Competition, participants release BASF from any liability arising out of or in connection with the Competition.
16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Competition is held.
17. BASF reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
18. Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and will be handled in accordance with BASF's privacy policy.
19. By participating in the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
